We are based in the heart of Joburg and our practices make up some of the oldest private practices in the country. We recently completely bashed down one of our existing small animal hospitals and rebuilt a state of the art, fully equipped veterinary hospital which can hold its own with the best in the world. We are going through a similar exercise with the other practices in our group. We love to create great places for our teams to work and provide the best veterinary care money can buy.

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for creating effective, creative communication and relationships between the company and customers, mainly through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Reviews.
This person will oversee client correspondence and resolve customer inquiries through social media platforms in a timely manner. This person needs to be able to mobilize stakeholders within the organization to increase brand awareness and support, and with a friendly attitude and strong oral and written communication skills coordinate with others in their team.
This person will be responsible for being the leading force in generating creative ideas to advocate company products or services, take part in creating and distributing newsletters, and update the organization’s online presence through posts and responses to questions.
